Chelsea FC have been told to pay a world record fee for any defender if they wish to sign, Wesley Fofana.
This stance from Leicester City FC was revealed on Thursday night by credible sources close to the deal.
Chelsea have already seen two bids of £50million an £60milliom, respectively, knocked backed by Leicester.
“There were two bids that were nowhere near what the club would even think about,” Leicester Head Coach, Brendan Rodgers, stated when quizzed on the player.
The official statement has always been “Fofana is not for sale.”
All that has changed, now, as Leicester are open to accepting a bid for the player that is in excess of £80million.

Chelsea are expected to make a third bid this week and, should thier new bid meet this valuation, Leicester will certainly sell the French man.
Fofana is thought to be very interested in moving to Thomas Tuchel’s side.
Observers have pointed out that the young defender’s head has been turned by interest from Chelsea and this was even more evident in their first English Premier League (EPL) match against Brentford, during the weekend, when the player stormed straight into the tunnel before everyone else once the final whistle was blown.
