He made this disclosure public on Saturday.

According to the Italian, he will retire from the game after his time at Real Madrid comes to an end.

“After Real Madrid, I will retire,” Ancelotti declared.

“This chapter will close my career as manager.

“Real Madrid means top level, so it makes sense to consider this club as the end of my career,” Ancelotti stated.

The Italian’s eventual retirement will mark the end of an illustrious career.

Ancelotti is the only manager to win the continental championship four times.

He won it twice as a player, a very impressive feat.

As a Coach, he won it twice, once with Italian side, AC Milan, and another with Real Madrid in 2022.

Haven coached in the best leagues in the world like the English Premier League (EPL), La Liga and the Serie A, his pedigree as a legend in the game is unquestionable.

More achievements are expected to follow before his retirement as Real Madrid seek to defend their La Liga and UEFA Champions League titles this coming season.

Ancelotti has, also, been nominated for this year’s UEFA Coach of the Year with many tipping him to win over Jurgen Klopp and Pep Guardiola.
