Veteran Nigerian Actor, Odunlade Adekola, wins the award for “Best Supporting Actor in a Movie or T.v Series” at the 8th edition of the “Africa Movie Viewers Choice Award” (AMVCA).
The award was presented to the Yoruba actor in the Live event held on Saturday night in Lagos.
Odunlade won the category for his role in the hit movie, “Jankariwo.”
While many movie lovers and fans of the award-winning Actor felicitate with him, there are many who believe that the award for that category ought to have gone to Actor, Bucci Franklin.
It will be recalled that Bucci Franklin put in a solid act in the hit movie, “Rattle Snake.”
Fans of Bucci believe that Odunlade only won ahead of the former due to his huge fan base and popularity.
The victory for Odunlade makes it his 2nd AMVCA Award in that category.
